Steve has spent the past 15 years working in startup companies. In his most recent position, he expanded the Operations Team at a Biotech startup from 1 to 20 employees, which included product design and development engineers, manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, production personnel, and G&A staff.  Steve's extensive experience spanned a wide range of industries including Aerospace, Medical Devices and Biotechnology. During this time, Steve led diverse teams of senior engineers, research scientists, technicians, fabricators, business administrators, and executives. Steve is passionate about solving problems and using a system-based approach of organizing teams of highly skilled individuals to plan, execute, and monitor progress toward an end goal or objective.

Moody Soliman, MS, MBA

Moody is an experienced business development and supply chain professional with over 10 years of experience in the medical device and biotech industries. Moody's career has spanned a wide variety of disciplines including R&D engineering, manufacturing engineering, operational excellence, program management, sales, marketing and business development. Notable projects have included launch of a Class III medical device, shutdown and transfer of a $150M company, and commercialization of a cutting-edge biotech product line.  Moody is passionate about delivering products and services that ultimately improve people’s health, safety and quality of life all while exceeding customer expectations both internally and externally.
